2 DOM Faculty Elected to the National Academy of Medicine

Mark Anderson (left) and Bob Wachter were elected to the National Academy of Medicine (NAM). Anderson is professor in the Division of Endocrinology at UCSF Health and Diabetes Center. Wachter is professor and chair of the Department of Medicine. Their election raises the UCSF representation in the NAM to a total of 114 members, of whom 22 are DOM faculty. See the announcement here.
